Trinity Hospital’s Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) has 13 long-term care beds where our residents receive services in a homelike atmosphere close to family and friends. Our facility is small, but that allows our residents to receive personalize one on one care, where they feel more like family than a number.

Our residents receive help with activities of daily living that includes bathing, toileting, dressing and eating. We also have a wonderful activities program that our residents enjoy including Bingo, movies, trivia, gardening, and other fun things depending on resident ability level.

Our SNF is almost always at capacity, so we maintain a waiting list for future possible residents. If you would like to have yourself or a family member added to our SNF Waitlist, please contact our Intake Coordinators.
