Business Services Representative: Full time, benefited position available. This technical billing position requires strong attention to detail and ability to exercise critical thinking skills. Some of the job duties are as follows; prepares and submits clean claims to various insurance companies either electronically or on paper, answers questions from patients, staff and insurance companies, identifies and resolves patient billing complaints, prepares, reviews and sends patient statements, performs various collection actions including contacting patients by phone, correcting and resubmitting claims to the responsible third party. Our ideal candidate will have some combination of, or all of the following qualifications; Associates Degree in Medical Billing, Coding or Accounting; a minimum of one year medical billing experience, minimum of one year of office or hospital clerical experience and knowledge of medical terminology.
Physician: Full time or Part time benefited position or a contract position is available. Board Certified Physician needed for a four-bed Emergency Department. Daily census is approximately 11 patients per day, 24 hour shifts are usual with excellent doctor’s quarters; wage varies depending upon experience and availability. Federal loan repayment program is available.
Registered Nurse: Casual, non-benefited position available. Emergency Room experience required. Candidates must have current CA RN license in good standing, BLS, ACLS, and PALS required; NRP preferred. Ability to work within a team environment, demonstrated leadership skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment are required.
Clinical Laboratory Scientist: Full time, benefited position available. Must have current CA CLS license and willing to work evenings and/or weekends and be available for a flexible schedule. Ability to work within a team environment, demonstrated leadership skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment are required. This position is required to share on-call shifts with co-workers.
Registered Nurse: Multiple full time, benefited positions available. Must have current CA RN license in good standing, BLS, ACLS, required; PALS and NRP preferred, but not required. NURSING – HOME HEALTH
Registered Nurse: Multiple full Time, benefited positions available. Current Registered Nurse License from State of California, in good standing, BLS, ACLS and a minimum of one year of home health experience is required. Valid California Driver License, proof of Automobile Insurance, reliable transportation is required.
NURSING – MED/SURG
License Vocational Nurse: Multiple full Time, benefited positions available on our night shift (7.5% shift differential). Candidates must have a current CA Vocational Nurse License in good standing and a current CPR Certification. Ability to work within a team environment, demonstrated leadership skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment are required.

NURSING – OPERATING ROOM
Operating Room Technician: Full time/part-time, benefited or casual position available. This position requires flexibility with scheduling. If candidate needs full-time hours, we are willing to allow training/floating to another department in accordance with hospital needs. Must have current BLS, minimum of 1 year of Operating Room Technician training and/or experience is strongly preferred. Strong attention to detail, ability to retain important information, ability to think and react quickly is also required.
Physical Therapist: Full time, benefited position available. Current, valid California Physical Therapist license, in good standing required. This position provides Physical Therapy services to patients of our swing-beds, Skilled Nursing Facility, Home Health program, and other patients as needed. Ability to work independently and valid Driver License is required. Federal loan repayment program is available.
Physical Therapist Assistant: Full time, benefited position available. Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association accredited program and/or has been approved by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee of the State Board of Medical Quality Assurance. Two (2) years’ experience in inpatient or outpatient treatment is preferred.
Storekeeper: Part time, benefited position available Monday through Friday, four hours a day. This unique position receives items that were ordered by the various departments; they then unpack, inspect items for damage and/or defects, and verifies accuracy of shipments. We are seeking someone with a High school diploma; one year of experience in the storage, handling and distribution of materials is preferred but not required as is some computer experience. Our ideal candidate is a motivated, self-starter who can work independently, meet deadlines and gets along well with others.
SKILLED NURSING FACILITY
Activities Director: Full time, benefited position. Must have current CA C.N.A. license in good standing, as well as the required Activities Director Certificate, experience in an Activities role is preferred. Candidate plans, coordinates and oversees patient and resident activities, documents according to the regulation and actively participates in the Quality measures as required by the state.
Certified Nurse Assistant: Multiple full Time, benefited position and casual, non-benefitted position(s) available. Must have current CA CNA in good standing and current BLS. Must be available to work all shifts in our 24 hour facility; must be available to fill in for call-offs.
Director of Staff Development: Full time, benefited if able/willing to work the floor as an LVN or Casual if only interested in providing our educational needs. Must have a current CA LVN license in good standing; and must have the required DSD certificate. Must have strong communication skills; be able to work in a fast paced, team environment and be able to work independently ensuring to meet all the C.N.A education requirements as outlined by CDPH and CMS.
Licensed Vocational Nurse: Multiple full time, benefited positions and Casual, non-benefited positions available, we are specifically looking to fill vacancies for our night shift (7.5% shift differential). Candidates must have a current CA Vocational Nurse License in good standing and a current CPR Certification. This position is responsible for nursing care of all residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
TRINITY COMMUNITY HEALTH CLINIC
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN): CMA requirements: Graduation from an accredited program for Certified Medical Assistants preferred. Successful completion of a national certification exam for medical assistants in CA is required, as is CPR certification. LVN requirements: Successful completion of an accredited vocational nursing program and Current, clear California Vocational Nurse License is required, as is CPR certification. Experience in a fast paced out-patient primary clinic preferred for either position.
Some of the job duties are as follows: Responsible for patient flow from waiting area to exam rooms, rooming patients in a timely manner, adhering to schedule as much as possible; Measure and record vital signs; Reconcile medications, allergies etc.; Completes necessary paperwork, if any, for the exam (CHDP forms, BCEDP, Family Pact, etc.); Preparing and administering medications with physician’s authorizations; Change dressings, applying bandages, removing sutures and other first aid procedures.
We are looking for someone reliable, with strong customer service skills, someone who is able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, a motivated self-starter who works well with others.
Physician: Full time benefited position available. This position will provide primary care as per the collaborative agreement/protocols on file in the RHC and according to the policies and procedures of the health clinic. We are looking for a candidate that will practice within the scope of practice as delineated by the practitioner’s education, experience and policies of the clinic; comply with all appropriate requirements for clinic quality assurance and certification. Maintaining licensure and/or board certification is required as is having clear verbal and written communication skills. Further requirements are as follows: Successful completion of an accredited medical school, internship and residency programs in the area of Family Practice and a current CPR certification. Applicant may not have any unresolved malpractice suits pending against him/her and shall not have any unresolved complaints on file in any state where he/she has license to practice medicine. Computer literacy is also required. At least two years’ experience in rural health practice is preferred.
Referral Coordinator: Full time benefited position available, Monday through Friday, 8 hour shifts. The majority of this position is processing and coordinating referrals for the rural health clinic patients. Our ideal candidate will be both knowledgeable and courteous with resolution of phone/customer/peer requests and can demonstrate attention to details related to their tasks and complete follow up with patients and other medical offices. High School Diploma or equivalent is required. A minimum of one year of medical records experience is preferred and/or a minimum of one year of office or hospital clerical experience is preferred, however not required.
Shift Differentials: Anyone starting work between 2 pm and 5:44 pm (PM SHIFT) will be 5% of their base pay. Anyone starting work between 5:45 pm and 5:00 am (NIGHT SHIFT) will be 7.5% of their base pay.
Must agree to and pass a criminal and civil background check and OIG Screening

Must agree to and pass a pre-employment physical, obtain a current flu shot and two-step TB test
