ADMITTING

Patient Registration Representative: Part time, benefited position available, however we are looking for someone who can work full time hours periodically to cover for vacations and call-offs. High School Diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of 1 year experience in an office setting is preferred. We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills, a motivated self-starter who works well with others. Position will greet patients; register new patients, file in patient charts, answer telephones as well as other duties as assigned.

BUSINESS SERVICES

Business Services Representative: Full time, benefited position available. High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of one year of office or hospital clerical experience required, with customer service and phone skills.  Ability to work in a team environment and strong attention to detail is required, as is experience in Microsoft Word and Excel.

LABORATORY

Clinical Laboratory Scientist: Full time, benefited position available. Must have current CA CLS license and willing to work evenings and/or weekends and be available for a flexible schedule. Ability to work within a team environment, demonstrated leadership skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment are required. This position is required to share on-call shifts with co-workers.

NURSING

Nurse Assistant: Full time, benefited position available as well as a casual position available. High school diploma or equivalent required, some experience in a caregiver role is preferred. Ability to work within a team environment and ability to multi-task are required.  This position assists patients with grooming and hygiene, obtains vitals and reports observations and findings to the nursing staff.

Registered Nurse: Full time, benefited position available. Must have current CA RN license in good standing, BLS, ACLS, required; PALS and NRP preferred, but not required. Ability to work within a team environment, demonstrated leadership skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment are required. We are seeking an individual who can do pre/post operative care as well as schedule and provide Top Care needs to our patients.

NURSING – EMERGENCY ROOM

Registered Nurse: Casual, non-benefited position available. Emergency Room experience required. Candidates must have current CA RN license in good standing, BLS, ACLS, and PALS required; NRP preferred. Ability to work within a team environment, demonstrated leadership skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment are required.

NURSING – HOME HEALTH

Registered Nurse: Full Time, benefited position available. Current Registered Nurse License from State of California, in good standing, BLS, ACLS and a minimum of one year of home health experience is required. Valid California Driver License, proof of Automobile Insurance, reliable transportation is required.

NURSING – MED/SURG

License Vocational Nurse: Full Time, benefited position available. Candidates must have a current CA Vocational Nurse License in good standing and a current CPR Certification. Ability to work within a team environment, demonstrated leadership skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment are required.

Registered Nurse: Full Time, benefited position available. Must have current CA RN license in good standing, BLS, ACLS, required; PALS and NRP preferred, but not required. NURSING – OPERATING ROOM

Operating Room Technician: Full time/part-time, benefited or casual position available. This position requires flexibility with scheduling. If candidate needs full-time hours, we are willing to allow training/floating to another department in accordance with hospital needs. Must have current BLS, minimum of 1 year of Operating Room Technician training and/or experience is strongly preferred. Strong attention to detail, ability to retain important information, ability to think and react quickly is also required.

PHYSICAL THERAPY

Physical Therapist: Full time, benefited position available. Current, valid California Physical Therapist license, in good standing required. This position provides Physical Therapy services to patients of our swing-beds, Skilled Nursing Facility, Home Health program, and other patients as needed. Ability to work independently and valid Driver License is required.
Physical Therapist Assistant: Full time, benefited position available. Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association accredited program and/or has been approved by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee of the State Board of Medical Quality Assurance. Two (2) years’ experience in inpatient or outpatient treatment is preferred.

SKILLED NURSING FACILITY

Activities Director: Full time, benefited position. Must have current CA C.N.A. license in good standing, as well as the required Activities Director Certificate, experience in an Activities role is preferred. Candidate plans, coordinates and oversees patient and resident activities, documents according to the regulation and actively participates in the Quality measures as required by the state.
Certified Nurse Assistant: Full Time, benefited position and casual, non-benefitted position(s) available. Must have current CA CNA in good standing and current BLS. Must be available to work all shifts in our 24 hour facility; must be available to fill in for call-offs.
Assistant Director of Nursing: Full Time, benefited position. Must have current CA RN in good standing, BSN preferred but not required. A minimum of two years clinical experience in a long-term care facility is required as is strong leadership skills and ability to work as a team. Knowledge of State of CA rules and regulations for a long-term care facility is required. Candidates must have or being willing to obtain Director of Staff Development Certification as well as assist in the handling and coordination of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and care plans for all the residents.
Director of Staff Development: Full time, benefited if able/willing to work the floor as an LVN or Casual if only interested in providing our educational needs. Must have a current CA LVN license in good standing; and must have the required DSD certificate. Must have strong communication skills; be able to work in a fast paced, team environment and be able to work independently ensuring to meet all the C.N.A education requirements as outlined by CDPH and CMS.
Licensed Vocational Nurse: Full time, benefited position and Casual, non-benefited positions available. Candidates must have a current CA Vocational Nurse License in good standing and a current CPR Certification. This position is responsible for nursing care of all residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
MDS Coordinator: Full Time, benefited position available. Candidate must have a current CA RN in good standing. The candidate would also be responsible for the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and care plans for all the residents. As well as ensuring we are meeting all Quality Improvement requirements by CMS and CDPH. The incumbent would also need to be willing to obtain their Director of Staff Development Certification, which is something we are willing to assist with for the right candidate. With that DSD certification, the incumbent would be responsible for the education of our RN’s, LVN’s, CNA’s and NA’s.

TRINITY COMMUNITY HEALTH CLINIC

Mid-Level Practitioner: Full time or Part time benefited position available. Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant program leading to a Master’s Degree and/or meets the Advanced Nursing Practice or Physician’s Assistant requirements set forth by the CA State Board of Nursing. Must possess appropriate certification and degree from a US Institute of Higher Education, current CPR required. Based upon our HPSA score, Federal and/or State student loan repayment is available.

Patient Registration Representative: Full Time, benefited position available. Position will greet patients; register new patients, verify insurance, file in patient charts, answer telephones as well as other duties as assigned.

MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION
Shift Differentials: Anyone starting work between 2 pm and 5:44 pm (PM SHIFT) will be 5% of their base pay. Anyone starting work between 5:45 pm and 5:00 am (NIGHT SHIFT) will be 7.5% of their base pay.
