We are located on Highway 299 between Redding and Eureka, which is a scenic byway and noted for its intense beauty, small rural communities and recreational activities.
Trinity Hospital has been in existence at its present location in Weaverville since the late 1800's. During the early years, it was home to approximately five elderly residents and had one or two beds for acute care patients.
Today, Trinity Hospital has 25 acute care beds, 26 skilled nursing beds, an emergency room and operating room, and provides many services including general surgical procedures, endoscopies, colonoscopies, laboratory, diagnostic imaging, physical therapy, skilled nursing, home health, a rural health clinic and dental clinic.
The emergency room is staffed with physicians on site 24 hours per day 7 days per week. The laboratory has state of the art chemistry and hematology analyzers, and provides basic bacteriology, immune hematology and coagulation services. The diagnostic imaging department provides basic x-rays, ultrasound, mammography and CT scan services.
Trinity Hospital continued ability to offer health and wellness services demonstrate the commitment and dedication of all of its employees and medical staff. We, at this small, rural facility offer quality care with a personal touch.
