I welcome you to Trinity Hospital, and Mountain Communities Healthcare District (MCHD).
Trinity Hospital is located in the beautiful town of Weaverville, California, with a picturesque view of the Trinity Alps mountain range. The hospital has been serving the community since the late 1800’s and we pride ourselves on the quality of care given at our facility.
The mission of MCHD is to provide for the health, safety, and comfort of our patients, their families and the communities we serve by ensuring the best quality professional care and service, and as the CEO of MCHD, it is my personal belief we exceed these expectations.
Coming to a hospital, as a patient or a loved one of a patient, can be an unsettling experience. Our staff strives to make your experience as comfortable as possible.
Besides providing inpatient services, surgical services, and a 24-hour, seven days a week, Emergency Room always staffed by physicians, we also provide outpatient, laboratory, radiology, and home health services. In addition, we provide health care services at two rural health clinics, one in Weaverville, and one in Hayfork.
