Trinity Hospital’s Skilled Nursing Facility offers a
homelike atmosphere in a serene setting in Weaverville, with caring
professionals to look after your loved ones. Daily activities are
offered to
stimulate and engage the residents in a friendly atmosphere. Care is
provided
for those who just need a little time to recover from an illness or
injury, or
those who can no longer be at home with respect and dignity.
Sometimes loved ones need a little more help to get
along.
Skilled Nursing Facilities – also known as nursing homes are the most
comprehensive option for individuals who need continual care. Trinity
Hospital
provides 24-hour medical care by Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed
Vocational
Nurses (LVNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), all under the
supervision
of a physician.
Trinity Hospital Skilled Nursing Facility offers two
levels
of care: Long Term and Short Term.
Long Term Care
This level of care offers services required to maintain
a
resident’s daily living activities such as, bathing, dressing, grooming,
eating, etc. Other activities also include laundry, housekeeping,
scheduled
activities, meals and snacks. A
great
benefit of Trinity Hospital’s Skilled Nursing Facility is that families
can
have their loved ones needing longer term care closer to home.
Short Term Care
Sometimes individuals, who are otherwise healthy, have an
acute episode or illness (fracture, stroke, surgical recovery, etc.) that cause
them to require some extra help. That’s where Skilled Care comes in.
Trinity Hospital currently has availability for new
residents to join their facility. If you have any questions please call Mary
Franke RN, Director of Skilled Nursing Facility at (530)623-5541 ext 3266.
